BRAZIL VISA SERVICE INSTRUCTION

Multiple entry visas have validity of 5 years and a stay duration of 90 days.Multiple entry visas are issued at the discretion of the Brazilian Consulate and can be denied without reason by the Brazilian Consulate. Travel Visa LLC. is not responsible for visas not issued for the requested 5 year period. Consular fees are the same for a 5 year multiple entry visa or a 3 month single entry visa.

Notes:

* For children between the ages of 3 months and 12 years proof of International Certificate of Vaccination against Polio is required to be presented along with the application.

* Applicants under 18 years of age must provide a letter from the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) authorizing consent to travel to and from Brazil. The signature must be notarized by a Notary Public. If the applicant is traveling with only one parent or guardian consent must be given by the parent or guardian not accompanying the applicant. If one of the parents or guardians is deceased a simple letter of explanation should be included and notarized as well. A photocopy of the child's Birth Certificate is also required indicting the names of the parents who have signed the consent to travel letter.

Visa Application Requirements:

Valid United States Passport

You must send us your actual passport. Your signed passport must be valid. The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet these requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one prior to applying for your visa. Passports must have at least 3 blank visa pages- amendment pages at the back of your passport are not valid for visa issuance.

Passport-Style Photographs

You must provide one (1) passport photograph that meets Passport Photograph Regulations

Proof of Identity

A copy of valid driver's license w/ photograph or State ID
Please note: School ID or Military ID not accepted

Employer Support Letter

An employer letter of support from your company or employer is required, stating that you are traveling to Brazil for the purpose of tourism and your trip is not related in any way to work or business.
If you are currently unemployed you should write a brief statement regarding this. .
If you are self-employed please write the letter on company letterhead and have someone sign it other than yourself.
If you do not work you may be asked for more information. In such cases you should indicate (retired, homemaker, etc.) when answering the question regarding your Position and Employer on the visa application that follow these instructions

Travel Documentation

You must provide a copy of ONE of the following items:
Your foreign travel plane ticket.
Your printed travel itinerary.

Please DOWNLOAD the Visa Application and the Letter of Authorization complete them entirely. A missing or incomplete visa application will cause a delay in processing. Once you have completed the application please print and sign the application.

Please make sure when completing the Visa Application that the type of visa, validity, purpose and entry you selected matches the visa application exactly. Mismatched information between your visa application and the order you will place may result in delays in processing.

The visa processing time: 10-14 business days.

Service fee:

Travel visa: $220.00

Business visa: $250.00

Remarks: We will make you a compensation of $200 only in the unlikely event that we lose your passport .
