The requirements for visa applications are as follows:

1. United States Passports holders

a. Tourist Visa (L)

Documents to be included with application:

Your valid & actual passport.
The passport must have at least six (6) months validity left before expiration and at least one blank page left in it.

One completed Visa Application Form (Q1) with one additional passport photo (2X2).

b. Business Visa (F)

Applicants need to provide Visa Notice issued from an authorized Chinese department and Chinese company's invitation letter.

2. Non US Passports holders

Applicants should apply visas from the Chinese Embassy or Consulates in your own country. If applicants need to apply visas in our Consulate, they need to provide proof of your valid status of long term residency in US, e.g. green card or valid visas. Our Consulate does not accept individual tourist visa application from non US passports holders.

Visa Fee for Single entry: $100

3. No Missing Documents.

Chinese Consulate will NOT accept any applications with missing documents. Please prepare completely before you submit your application..

If applicants; visa is not issue by the consulate, we will charge service fee only. The application fee will be refundable.

If the visa application form is not filled out completely, correctly and legibly, this can cause a delay in processing or the refusal of the requested visa.

Remarks: We will make you a compensation of $200 only in the unlikely event that we lose your passport .
