INDIA VISA SERVICE INSTRUCTION
Please gather, prepare and send the following documents:
Valid Passport:
You must send the actual passport. The passport must have at least six (6) months validity remaining before expiration and has at least one complete blank visa page for the visa stamp.
Photograph:
You must provide two 2"x2" passport type photo.
DOWNLOAD the Visa Application and complete it entirely.
A missing or incomplete visa application will cause a delay in processing. Once you have completed the application please print and sign the application.
Business Letter:
A Business Letter from your company address to "Consulate of India " explaining the purpose of the trip, guaranteeing financial support for you while in India.
Additional Requirements for Non-U.S. Citizens:
You must send a copy of both sides of your U.S. Green Card or your U.S. visa.
